Activating Your Service:
Customer service for your Vietnam prepaid SIM card is available 24 hours a day by dialing 123 at any time from your Vietnam cellular phone. *You will need to snap out the thumbnail sized Vietnam SIM card along the perforated edge of its holder and then insert the Vietnam SIM card into your international cell phone with the gold contacts of the SIM card facing the metal contacts of your international cellular phone. **When calling overseas from the United States to your Vietnam cell phone, callers will need to dial 011 followed by the country code 84 and then your Vietnam cell phone number, omitting the first 0 (zero). If you do not recharge your account within 90 days your mobile phone number will be recycled and any remaining airtime credit will be forfeit. To get connected again you will be required to purchase another SIM card. The 90 day period starts the day you arrive in Vietnam. ACTIVATING YOUR SERVICE
It is very easy to activate your new service. Just follow the instructions below and you’ll be ready to call once you reach your destination:
1. Travel to your destination
2. Break out the SIM Card from the plastic card
3. Then insert this SIM Card in your phone.
4. Make sure your phone battery has been charged
5. Switch your phone on
6. Enter the PIN Code (if required)
Your Vietnam SIM card will provide you with a Vietnam cellular phone number, which can be found on the back of your SIM card package. The number will start with 092.
NOTE: To change your service language, dial 900, press 3 to change the language, then 1 for English or 2 for Vietnamese.

MAKING INTERNATIONAL CALLS
To make an international call, simply enter all numbers starting with the ‘00’, followedby thecountry code (1 for the US/Canada), area code and phone number. Forexample, to call (213) 337-5555 you would dial 0012133375555.
